1. General

These terms govern all purchases from selectedrecords.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• All prices include UK VAT at 20%.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will refund it fully.

2. Orders & Payment

• UK only.
• £5.50 for 1–2 records; +£1 per additional record.
• Free shipping on orders over £100.
• We dispatch within 1–2 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked (1–3 days typical).
• Risk passes to you upon dispatch. We are not liable for loss/delay after handover to the carrier.

4. Returns & Refunds

• 14-day returns for unopened records in original condition.
• Email selectedrecordsuk@gmail.com to start a return.
• Faulty/damaged items: notify within 7 days with photos — we will replace or refund (including shipping).
• No returns on opened records unless faulty (e.g., pressing error).
• Refunds to original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

5. Liability

• We are not liable for indirect losses (e.g., missed events).
• Our liability is limited to the order value.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
