Selected Records is a small, independent vinyl shop based the UK.

We are the data controller for any personal information we collect through this website (selectedrecords.co.uk).

We collect only the minimum data needed to process your order and provide the service:

• Email address (for order confirmation and tracking)
• Phone number (optional – for delivery updates if you provide it)
• Payment details (handled securely by Stripe – we never see or store your card information)

We do not collect:

• Date of birth
• Any other non-essential information

We use your data only for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfil your order (legal basis: contract performance)
• To send order confirmation, dispatch and tracking emails (legal basis: contract performance)

We do not:

• Build profiles or use your data for analytics beyond order fulfilment
