Shipping

We ship UK only (Royal Mail Tracked 24/48).

All orders are carefully packaged with stiffeners and corner protectors to arrive in the condition we send them. We normally dispatch the same or next working day (Monday–Friday).

If your order is urgent or you need a specific service, contact us before checkout and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every record.

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery if:

To start a return:

  1. Email selectedrecordsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason
  2. We’ll send a prepaid Royal Mail returns label (or you can use your own if preferred)
  3. Once we receive and inspect the record, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method (minus any original shipping cost if applicable)

Damaged or faulty records

If a record arrives damaged or plays incorrectly, please let us know within 7 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping) at our expense.

We do not accept returns on opened records unless they are demonstrably faulty (e.g., pressing error, warping, skipping).
